Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of swenor.us and of the software tools operated by Swenor Consulting LLC (“Swenor Consulting,” “we,” “us”), including our applications that connect to Google accounts (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Consulting engagements
Consulting work is governed by the separate written agreement or statement of work signed for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Use of the Services
- Use the Services only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, to other users’ data, or to the systems they run on.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, or use them to send spam or malicious content.
Google account access
Our tools that connect to Google accounts are for internal use by Swenor Consulting and the accounts it manages. You authorize access through Google’s consent screen and can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of swenor.us, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to Swenor Consulting or its licensors. You may share links to it but may not republish it without permission. You keep all rights to your own data.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on swenor.us is general information, not professional advice for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swenor Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services at any time. You may stop using them at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
Changes
We will post any changes to these terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
