Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Swenor Consulting LLC (“Swenor Consulting,” “we,” “us”), a Puerto Rico limited liability company, handles information collected through swenor.us and through the software tools we operate, including our applications that connect to Google accounts.

Website

We measure traffic to swenor.us with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host on our own servers. Umami does not set tracking cookies. It records pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type, screen size, language, approximate country, and on-page events such as scroll depth and time on page. Our web server also keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

If you open a private proposal, we ask for your email address and an access code. We store both in cookies on your device so you stay signed in to that proposal, and we attach your email to the analytics for that visit so we know who has read it.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond to you and to run our business.

Google user data

Swenor Consulting operates internal command-line and automation tools that connect to Google Workspace accounts through Google’s OAuth sign-in. These tools are used by Swenor Consulting and the accounts it manages; they are not offered to the public.

With your permission, these tools may access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Calendar data, limited to the scopes you approve on the Google consent screen. We use that data only to perform the tasks the account owner requests, such as reading and organizing email, finding and updating files and spreadsheets, drafting documents, and managing calendar events.

  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the account owner’s own computer. Google data is processed on that computer and is not copied to Swenor Consulting servers or databases.
  • Data may be passed to an AI assistant service only when the account owner directs a task that requires it, and only for the purpose of completing that task.
  • We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • No person at Swenor Consulting reads Google user data except with the account owner’s permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of the owner’s own use of the tools.
  • You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further access; the locally stored tokens can be deleted from the computer where they were saved.

Swenor Consulting’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, email, and payment providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and encrypted storage of credentials.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing info@swenor.us. Blocking JavaScript in your browser stops analytics collection on swenor.us.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
